Recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studio 2, this amazing band brings their NYC flavor to these 8 Beatles gems, plus 2 originals. While the NYC BIG RHYTHM BAND draws on many musical influences, this record focuses on the music of The Beatles and the grooves of Ringo Starr. Playing a vintage Ludwig drumset, and using the same famous pianos heard on those songs, this recording is not simply an homage, it is an instrumental reinvention of the originals featuring horns and full rhythm section.
